The Irie Rock Salicylic Acid 2% Mild Peel & Treatment is a targeted BHA exfoliating treatment formulated to penetrate into pores and help remove excess oil, dead skin cells and pore-clogging buildup.

Its oil-soluble exfoliating action makes it especially beneficial for acne-prone and congested skin, helping to clear clogged pores, smooth rough texture and reduce the buildup that can contribute to blackheads, whiteheads and ingrown hairs.

Salicylic Acid 2% (BHA)

Salicylic Acid is an oil-soluble Beta Hydroxy Acid (BHA) that can penetrate into oily, congested pores to exfoliate accumulated dead skin cells and help clear pore-clogging buildup.

This makes it particularly useful for skin prone to blackheads, whiteheads, acne, clogged pores and ingrown hairs.

HOW TO USE

Recommended for nighttime use.

After cleansing, make sure the skin is completely dry.

Apply a small amount to the affected area, concentrating on clogged pores, bumps, acne-prone or ingrown-prone areas.

Allow the product to absorb into the skin.

Follow with an Irie Rock moisturizer or soothing hydrating product.

During the daytime, always apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen SPF 30 or higher to exposed treated areas.

Apply a small amount to areas prone to recurring ingrown hairs, such as the:

Bikini Line • Underarms • Legs • Beard & Neck Area

Regular exfoliation helps keep the skin’s surface and follicles clear of dead skin buildup that can contribute to trapped hairs.

Do not apply immediately after shaving or waxing. Allow freshly treated skin time to settle before applying the Salicylic Acid treatment.

IMPORTANT

This is an active exfoliating treatment containing 2% Salicylic Acid in an alcohol base. Introduce gradually, particularly if your skin is sensitive or if you are already using other exfoliating or acne-treatment products.

Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

Do not apply to broken, freshly shaved, freshly waxed or highly irritated skin.

Do not combine with multiple strong exfoliating treatments in the same routine unless your skin has established tolerance.

If excessive dryness, peeling, burning or persistent irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Salicylic Acid exfoliation may increase skin sensitivity. Use broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher every morning on exposed treated areas.
